This was a typography based, D&AD brief, set by Monotype. The brief, in summary, was to explore

the tension between ‘Freedom, Law+ Order’ by

using type as it’s main communicator.

 

I decided to base my response on the bible verse

“words kill, words give life. They are either poison

or fruit - you choose.”

 

The tension between words being a source of life

but on the other hand, death. Capturing this through ceramics, an illustrated manuscript and a video

with narration.
